a) We invite applications for the post of Part-time Japanese Teacher:

The successful candidate should:

  • – possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferably with teacher training
  • – be experienced

The appointment is on an hourly basis.

b) We are inviting applications for the post of Facilities Officer/ Assistant Facilities Officer

Job Duties:

  • – Coordinate campus operations, development and procurement activities
  • – Develop work plans and monitor work schedules
  • – Establish a close collaboration with maintenance contractors, covering a wide range of areas
  •    including general maintenance, electrical systems, elevators, fire safety and water systems, etc.
  • – Assist in reporting and scheduling contractors for preventative maintenance to minimize the
  •    downtime of all critical equipment
  • – Assist to deal with emergencies and arrange ad-hoc repairs
  • – Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures
  • – Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance/repair work to meet requirements
  • – Monitor the performance of on-site service providers and contractors
  • – Prepare tender documents, proposals and regular reports
  • – Provide administrative support and any other duties as assigned by the Principals
  • – Attend to emergency or after-hours support if necessary

 

Successful candidates should:

  • – Hold a university degree in Building Services Engineering or equivalent preferred
  • – Have 3 years or above relevant work experience, prior experience in property management
  •    companies is ideal
  • – Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, teamwork, leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • – Be proficient in the use of computers
  • – Note that Less experienced candidates will be considered for the role of Assistant Facilities
  •   Officer

c) We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Elite Maths Team Instructor (Part-time) starting from December 2025.

Job Duties:

  • – Provide coaching for Primary Elite Maths Team
  • – Lessons and materials must be delivered in English.
  • – Willingness to work together with the school’s Maths Teachers as part of a cohesive, supportive
  •    team
  • – Plan lessons that are designed to develop deep mathematical thinking, problem-solving
  •    techniques and exposure to competition-style questions
  • – Conduct weekly sessions (90 minutes each)

 

The successful candidate should:

  • – Have experience in participating or training others in Olympiad style Maths competitions in Hong
  •    Kong and/or abroad
  • – Prepare and register students in 2 major external competitions such as:
    • – Asia International Mathematical Olympiad (AIMO)
    • – Hong Kong Mathematics Kangaroo Contest (HKMKC)
    • – Australian Maths Competition (AMC)
    • – Singapore and Asian Schools Math Olympiad (SASMO)
    • – American Mathematics Competitions (AMC – e.g. AMC8)
