The successful candidate should:
have knowledge of the higher education systems, institutions and application procedures in at least one of the following locations: Hong Kong, the UK and North America
- – be familiar with the IGCSE and IB qualifications
- – be a native or near native-level English speaker with excellent written and spoken communication
- skills
- – be passionate about working with high school students and helping them realise and achieve
- their post-secondary goals
- – be able to build good relationships with students, parents, and teaching staff
- – have a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently
- – recent graduates who do not possess relevant experience will be considered for the position of
- College Counsellor Assistant

d) PLK Choi Kai Yau School is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated a Clerk to join our University Guidance Centre for the 2025-2026 academic year, beginning in August 2025.
Job Summary:
To provide administrative and clerical support to the UGCs and to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
- – To assist the administration of the University Guidance Counsellors with data entry,
- report/transcript preparation and correspondence management
- – Compiling, tracking and preparing tables and graphs of accurate graduating class data
- – Performs other duties and assumes accountabilities as delegated by a line manager including
- mutually agreed objectives.
The successful candidate should:
- – Possesses a Diploma or above
- – Possesses strong interpersonal communication and active listening abilities, demonstrates
- flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments, with outstanding time management and
- organizational skills, strong team collaboration skills, and exceptional attention to detail
- – Good English language proficiency is required. Chinese language proficiency would be an
- advantage but not essential
- – Proficient in various ICT applications: Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Moodle and the willingness
- to learn new software
