Job Summary:

To provide administrative and clerical support to the UGCs and to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office.

Responsibilities:

• – To assist the administration of the University Guidance Counsellors with data entry,
•    report/transcript preparation and correspondence management
• – Compiling, tracking and preparing tables and graphs of accurate graduating class data
• – Performs other duties and assumes accountabilities as delegated by a line manager including
•    mutually agreed objectives.

The successful candidate should:

• – Possesses a Diploma or above
• – Possesses strong interpersonal communication and active listening abilities, demonstrates
•    flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments, with outstanding time management and
