a) We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Part-Time Instructor to lead our after-school STEM Clubs in Primary (Students aged 9 to 11) and Secondary (Students aged 12 to 15). This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional with a strong background in STEM and a desire to engage young minds in the ever-evolving world of science and technology.
Contract Duration: September 2025 – July 2026
Location: PLK Choi Kai Yau School Campus, Kowloon
Schedule: Part-Time, After-School Hours (2 hours per session, 2 sessions per week)
Key Responsibilities:
- – Planning & Creation: Design and implement a dynamic curriculum that includes hands-on
- projects, coding, robotics, and the application of the engineering design process.
- – Delivery of Lessons: Conduct interactive and engaging sessions that cater to the varied learning
- needs of students.
- – Mentorship: Provide ongoing support and mentorship to students as they develop their projects
- and prepare for city-wide competitions such as the WRO Robomission Competition and Future
- Innovators Competition.
- – Competitions: Attend and supervise students during competitions, ensuring their safe transit to
- and from the competition venues, and providing support and encouragement as necessary.
Desirable Candidate Profile:
- – Educational Background: Awarded or studying towards a bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related
- field.
- – Teaching Experience: Prior experience in teaching or instructing K-12 students, with a proven
- track record of effective lesson delivery and student engagement.
- – Technical Proficiency: Familiarity and skill in operating LEGO EV3 and LEGO Spike robotics kits.
- Prior experience in coaching a team in competitive robotics is highly desirable.
- – Language Proficiency: Strong command of both English and Chinese, able to provide instruction
- and support in both languages.
- – Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and mentorship skills, with an ability to inspire and
- motivate young learners.

b) We invite applications for the post of Part-time Secondary English Debate Instructor starting from September 2025.
Job Duties:
- – Provide coaching for Secondary English Debate Team
- – Have secondary English debate teaching experience, preferably with knowledge of British
- Parliamentary and Sing Tao English debate styles
- – Willingness to work together with school English Teachers as part of a cohesive, supportive team
- – Help students to prepare regular competitions
- – Writing student progress reports for school English teachers
The successful candidate should:
- – Have debate teaching experience
- – Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build a strong relationship with students,
- parents and colleagues
- – Be an enthusiastic and energetic team player
- – Experience in coaching students for debating competition preferred

c) We are inviting applications for the posts of Teacher Assistants
Job Duties:
- – Develop teaching materials and provide support to teachers in classrooms and activities
- – Perform clerical duties
Successful candidates should:
- – be a diploma holder or above
- – have good written, communication and interpersonal skills
- – have Music background or familiar with Design & Technology curriculum preferred
- – be proficient in the use of computers

d) We are inviting applications for the post of Facilities Officer/ Assistant Facilities Officer
Job Duties:
- – Coordinate campus operations, development and procurement activities
- – Develop work plans and monitor work schedules
- – Establish a close collaboration with maintenance contractors, covering a wide range of areas
- including general maintenance, electrical systems, elevators, fire safety and water systems, etc.
- – Assist in reporting and scheduling contractors for preventative maintenance to minimize the
- downtime of all critical equipment
- – Assist to deal with emergencies and arrange ad-hoc repairs
- – Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures
- – Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance/repair work to meet requirements
- – Monitor the performance of on-site service providers and contractors
- – Prepare bidding documents, proposals and regular reports
- – Provide administrative support and any other duties as assigned by the Principals
- – Attend to emergency or after-hours support if necessary
Successful candidates should:
- – Hold a university degree in Building Services Engineering or equivalent preferred
- – Have 1-5 years of relevant work experience, prior experience in property management
- companies is ideal
- – Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, teamwork, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- – Be proficient in the use of computers
- – Note that Less experienced candidates will be considered for the role of Assistant Facilities Officer

e) We are inviting applications for the position of Clerical Assistant to join us for the 2025-2026 academic year, beginning in August 2025.
Job Duties:
- – Provide receptionist service and general enquires.
- – Handle general office administration & operational support
- – Daily data entry and filing
- – Handle ad-hoc projects and other duties as required
Requirements:
- – Experience working in school preferred
- – Relevant working experience in administration or customer service
- – A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- – Proficient in the use of computers
